Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 25 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sales environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent.
- Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Suite, MS Access, MS Excel, and project management software.
- Experience with big data technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
