Senior Manager / BDM - Deposits and Savings
Growing bank seeks driven and proactive indiv. Pivotal role to acquire new clients seeking Deposits and Savings solutions within Business Banking. Cross sell to existing clients. Exciting opportunity to grow the book and network with key stakeholders. Great flexible culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate business for Deposits and Savings products by acquiring clients.
  • Cross sell solutions to existing Business Banking clients and other divisions.
  • Engage with key internal and external networks to generate a strong flow of business.
  • Provide workshops with regards to cashflow conversations with clients, economic and market trends and any other topics relating to Deposits and Savings.
  • Attend facetoface and/or online sessions to inform existing and prospective clients of offerings.
  • Collaborate to create and roll out insightful Sales and Marketing strategies / campaigns.
  • Interact with Business Banking teams, Marketing, Treasury and frontline businesses.
  • Manage the depositors within the portfolios from a relationship and cross sell perspective.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on financial market changes, interest rate forecasts, competitor offerings.
  • Track key performance metrics, pipeline, deals lost and won.
  • Quote, negotiate and confirm interest rates on Deposit and Savings funds.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of clients.
  • Make presentations to clients. Manage a growing team.
  • Other key duties, to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualification and Experience:

  • BCom or relevant degree. RE
  • Sales, BDM or RM exp in Commercial Investments (Business / Corp Banking or Wealth).
