Situated in the Old Dynamite Factory in Paardevlei, Somerset West, we are focused on producing premium wines.

About the role:


We are
recruiting 1x intern to join our Winery in Somerset West on fixed term contract to support our Harvest.

The position starts on 15th January 2024 and runs for 10 weeks. There is a possibility this may be extended.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to and supporting the Assistant Winemaker for the

10-week harvest period, you will support with:

  • Additions to crush and fermentations
  • Barrel work
  • Pressings
  • Balling measurements & Samples
  • Punchdowns & Pumpovers
  • Cleaning of various winery equipment
  • Sorting on Sorting Line

What you'll bring:


Previous experience competently organising your own workload in a busy environment, organising team schedules, and working alone based on instructions from your manager will be essential skills for this role.

There is no transport or accommodation provided.
