The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

The candidate should also have a strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and financial analysis.


The successful candidate will be expected to provide financial advice to clients on restructuring and recapitalization strategies, including debt restructuring, capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions.

The candidate should also be able to analyze financial statements and develop financial models to assess the financial health of clients.
