Virtual Talent and Community Engagement Specialist

We are in search of a highly motivated and organized individual to join us as a Virtual Talent and Community Engagement Specialist. This role involves sourcing top talent for remote positions and building a strong internal remote team community. We need someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, has excellent interpersonal skills, and can create an inclusive remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Curation:

1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Identify and attract top talent for remote positions through various channels.
  • Review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and coordinate further interviews.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the candidate journey.

2. Candidate Experience and Engagement:

  • Implement engagement strategies for top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage candidate relationships.

3. Resume and Profile Creation and Maintenance:

  • Create professional resumes and engaging online profiles.
  • Update candidates' online profiles.

4. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the team to align talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members for onboarding.

Community Engagement:

1. Community Building:

  • Foster a sense of community among remote team members.
  • Manage communication channels for effective interaction.

2. Feedback Management:

  • Collect and distribute feedback for transparent communication.

3. Support and Development:

  • Provide support to remote team members.
  • Coordinate professional development opportunities.

4. Communication:

  • Ensure effective communication across the remote team.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and leadership.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in community management or employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
  • Content creation experience in Canva or similar tools.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
