Applicant MUST submit their thoughts on Sugata Mitra's research if they wish to be invited for an interview.
MITRA ACADEMY is a non-traditional micro-school, inspired by Sugata Mitra and empowering children to be independent learners.
The post consists of:
- ONE 2hour session a day.
- Working with individual learners, analysing their writing and providing constructive feedback.
- Communicating spelling and language errors to other tutors, so they can track learner progress in those areas.
PLUSes:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Englsih HL in South Africa
- PGCE, B.Ed or other accepted teaching qualification
- SACE registration
- Experience teaching FET Phase
Pay is negotiable.
Job Application Process:

- If we are satisfied with your work, we will invite you for a morning of your choice so you can experience the Academy first-hand.
