We are looking for a Compliance Manager to head up our compliance department who will be responsible for the compliance of the UK (international and temporary staffing), Arabian Gulf and Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You enhance, further develop, implement and keep up to date our compliance processes
  • Hire, train and retain a team of compliance specialists.
  • You work closely and in coordination with the recruitment and staffing departments
  • Maintain contact lists and keep CRM up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • You possess and maintain an uptodate knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Sound knowledge and experience of the healthcare staffing industry' compliance
  • 2 years experience in a related compliance set up
  • Diploma / bachelor in business / Recruitment related degree
  • Proficient in Office / Google Suite
  • Knowledge of Hubspot / Sales Force
  • Fluent in English
