Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in investment banking and a passion for implementing business technology solutions? We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our client for a 12-month contract, working on the exciting Custody BaNCS SP Version 18 Implementation project.


Role and Responsibilities:


As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project, including managing the scope of work, budget, timeframes, and quality of deliverables.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing potential risks and taking necessary measures to mitigate them.
  • Considering processes, business, technology, and people to effectively implement changes.
  • Maintaining frequent communication with stakeholders to keep them informed and updated.
  • Facilitating resource allocation and securing necessary resources for the project.
  • Verifying time and value captured by the project team against the project.
  • Completing project dashboards accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating daytoday tasks and removing obstacles for smooth project execution.
  • Clarifying responsibilities within the project team and fostering a highperforming environment.
  • Ensuring adherence to PMO (Project Management Office) minimum standards.
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, specifically in implementing Business Technology solutions with knowledge of the Custody Business.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and ceremonies (Scrum or SAFe).
  • Ability to manage dependencies outside of the project.
  • Experience working with TCS (Tata Consulting Services) and the Custody BaNCS system is highly desirable.

Duration: 12 months

Hybrid (minimum 4 days at the office per week)

Preferable Start Date: 1 August 2023
