Essential Skills Requirements:

  • Ability to comprehend and decode business needs with a talent to progress ideas towards proposal and successful execution.
  • Backend and library development in Python.
  • Web frontend development in Angular, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Formulate architectures and put into practice with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, Networking, S3, IAM, etc.).
  • API Design using OpenAPI specification.
  • Git.
  • GitHub Actions.
  • Terraform and TerraGrunt (IaC).

Advantageous Skills Requirements:

  • Skills with development for Azure Cloud (e.g., Azure WebApps, Networking).
  • Proficiency working with Large Language Models and frameworks like Lang Chain.
  • Readiness and capability to guide junior developers.
  • Angular unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest or Karma).
  • Python unit testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest).
  • UI test automation (e.g., Robot Framework).
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Flexibility to undertake varied tasks in the project.
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

  • 4+ years in professional software development.
  • 2+ years of experience with application development on AWS cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience with Ops/DevOps in IT applications.
  • Agile working experience (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a DevOps team that puts into action and runs functional services in our Generative AI platform application.
  • Devise, create, and sustain high-quality software solutions for both frontend and backend components.
  • Inspect code of team members.
  • Improve application performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Generate and uphold documentation.
  • Analyze operational incidents.
  • Manage operational requests (e.g., onboarding of use cases to the platform).
