Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage client assignments and projects, delivering excellent service.
- Align strategically with Partners/Directors on projects, providing solutions within and outside the accounting, auditing, tax, and advisory arenas.
- Plan and execute operational and financial audits.
- Identify and document business process risks, presenting evaluation results.
- Develop recommendations and reports based on audits, presenting ideas to senior management.
- Achieve team and individual budgets and business performance objectives.
- Manage project financials, including budgets, WIPS, timely billing, and variance recognition.
- Formulate professional development and educational plans for trainee accountants.
- Plan and allocate resources and individuals according to skills and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.
- Assist in identifying revenue growth opportunities and advising clients on supplementary products or services.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge and skills.
- Indepth knowledge of IFRS guidelines and SAICA rules and regulations.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Effective time management skills.
