About the role:

  • Scheduled courtesy visits to managing partners & decision makers to sell clients new feature releases, upsell and crosssell all company products
  • Ensure strong regional presence and brand awareness is maintained through the use of the relevant marketing strategy
  • Promote training offerings
  • Maintain a sales pipeline, Sign up new customers & grow market share
  • Presentation of implementation process to key client decision makers
  • Provide decision makers with formal post implementation review
  • Offer value add solution to our clients
  • Assist with escalations and ensure high level of customer servic
  • Provide industry relevant information to clients
  • Ensure decision makers are up to date and aware of the functionality that the product adds to their business
