Responsibilities- Manage Contact Centre query call closures
- Produce weekly shortage and surplus reports for 3rd party vendors
- Analyse exceptions and escalate to internal stakeholders to resolve
- Assist the team with pending exceptions
- Allocate site investigations to the Settlement Risk Investigators and manage feedback
- Monthly reconciliation of all client settlements
- Prepare monthly shortage and surplus write off reports
- Analyse reconciliations to assist in improving performance for various products
- Prepare monthly reports for 3rd party vendors
- Resolve queries raised by management
- Assess team members performance against KPI
- Hold one on one meetings to guide team members development
- Seek ways to improve team performance and processes
- Visit clients at their premises
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Degree: Accounting (advantageous)
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role (advantageous)
- Leadership skills
- Team player / team orientated
- Flexible
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to multitask
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
Salary:
R19,000.00 per month
