What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an Accountant to join our team at Worcester Bakery, reporting to the Unit Manager. The role involves overseeing financial functions, ensuring budget adherence, and financial control.

The Accountant will be responsible for:

• Analyzing and reporting financial performance against budget
• Performing accounting procedures
• Managing working capital
• Verifying monthly financial statements
• Compiling reports and budgets
• Maintaining financial procedures
• Training employees on accounting systems
• Overseeing financial authorizations and audits
• Achieving budget goals and project schedules
• Implementing best practices
• Utilizing SAP functionality
• Reporting functional information
• Utilizing resources effectively

What Will Qualify You:

• Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate minimum
• Degree in Accounting
• Numerical accuracy
• Strong relational skills
