This well-known award winning Executive Fine Dining Chef has opened another successful boutique eatery in Cape Town where invited guests from the main restaurant are offered exclusive and private dinners to sample "new and upcoming" tasting menus for later introduction.

The "evolution" of this concept restaurant was born from the success of weekly TASTING MENUS and is now an ongoing offering.

Guests are invited to sample a 7 or 9 course gourmet menu paired with wines for tables seating a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 guests.


We are in search of a talented, creative and culinary focused JUNIOR SOUS CHEF to take on production and service duties on this small brigade of only 5 chefs.

We are looking for passionate, dedicated and hard-working individuals who are determined to achieve something great as a professional chef.


REQUIREMENTS:

Formal cheffing qualification with at least - 5 years fine dining cheffing experience

Transport is ESSENTIAL as the Junior Sous Chef is required to work at BOTH RESTAURANTS on a daily basis

Skilled in Hot & Cold Sections with demonstrated strengths in plating
