Formal qualifications

  • Matric or equivalent NQF level
  • Relevant trade certificate
  • Valid driving license code 1

  • Competency with all Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access and Project)

Responsibilities

  • Administration of the Electronic Department
  • Scheduling and allocation of resources necessary for projects
  • Controlling and prioritising all jobs
  • Managing the full cycle of the smallscale repairs process
  • Ensuring that both smallscales and electronic stock is controlled
  • Liaising with the Quality Department to ensure that the quality procedures and requirements are adhered to
  • Liaising with the Software Department on all joint projects
  • Liaising with the Hardware Department on all joint projects and job requirements
  • Ensuring regular housekeeping is done in the Electronics Department
