If you have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of experience in General Ledger, Journals, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reporting in multiple currencies, this could be the role for you.

Location: Based in Sandton

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Packages with an extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Tourplan software is considered advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial areas such as General Ledger, Journals, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and dealings with multiple currencies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting
  • Managing Budgets and Forecasting
  • Preparing for Audits to meet deadlines
  • Handling Sales Incentives Audits
  • Reviewing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures
  • Investigating and reporting on variances and implementing controls
  • Bank tasks including daily allocation and monthly reconciliations of foreign currency accounts
  • Releasing supplier payments

Credit Cards Responsibilities:

  • Managing and reconciling credit cards
  • Ensuring timely Payments to Foreign Suppliers
  • Releasing Online Suppliers payments promptly
  • Reviewing Balance Sheet reconciliations
