We are looking for an Online Sales Consultant in our Sales team at Osidon.

Qualifications and General:

  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • A qualification in sales will be beneficial;
  • Own reliable transport;
  • A clear criminal record;
  • Be available to work both remotely with a reliable internet connection as well as from the Osidon office as required.

Experience:

  • At least two (2) years telephone sales experience;
  • Previous experience in insurance, advisory or financial field environment will be beneficial
  • A proven verifiable track record of experience in sales via telephone, online methods, or other methods.

Skills:

  • Must have excellent English language and communication skills;
  • Professional people skills;
  • Must be able to work in a team;
  • Must be able to work under pressure;
  • Should be able to implement instructions effectively;
  • Be well organised;
  • Must be comfortable to adapt to change;
  • Have the ability to think quickly and creatively;
  • Have a willingness to learn;
  • Be able to grasp and learn new concepts quickly;
  • Good administration skills;
  • You must be able to use online search engines and digital software effectively.
  • You will be facilitating the onboarding process with new clients from web signups;
  • You will be responsible to consult with clients and address enquiries and concerns;
  • You will advise clients to choose the appropriate service package to cater to his/her needs and requirements;
  • You will keep Osidon's clients updated on new services;
  • You will form part of a team that uses the latest technology and innovation to ensure professional service delivery;
  • You will play a vital role in introducing a groundbreaking service to individuals and businesses.
  • You will have the support of a team with professional business experience and qualifications.
This position will be available with a competitive salary + benefits.

Salary:
From R12,000.00 per month
