Bookkeeper/Administrational Personnel

A well-established company located on the East Rand that preforms professional Occupational Health services to industries throughout Southern Africa, requires a bookkeeper with the following;
Experience and Qualifications required are as follows;
Matric and Relevant Bookkeeping/Accounting qualification from a recognized Institution.

Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Bookkeeper.

Minimum 3 years experience working on Sage One.

Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

(Non-Negotiable).

Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows;
Full Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance, inclusive but not limited to;
Cashbooks and Bank Reconciliations (Process / import bank statements and prepare reconciliations).

Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Petty Cash, and Credit cards.

Full Debtors Function (Preparation of client invoicing, Reconciliations, Follow up on overdue debtors, Statements, Communication and System Maintenance etc.)

Full Creditors Function (Capturing Bills, Reconciliations, Statements, Communication, and enquiries) Processing of journals into accounting software.

Monthly Sales Reports.

General Tasks (Filing, Archiving)

Assist with Annual Audits.

Assist with Client Quotations

Assist with answering telephones.

Client liaison.
