Medical Receptionist, General Practitioner, Bryanston
We are seeking a medical receptionist for a general practitioner based in Bryanston.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Bookings
- Diary management
- Inroom payments, invoicing and receipting
- Stock taking
- Ordering consumables
- Liaising with various service providers
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
- Upholding the values of the practice
- General administration
- Maintain efficient patient service
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information
- Correspondence and general administration typing
Skills and Qualifications:
- Matric
- Experience within a medical practice is an advantage
- Experience on Healthbridge is an advantage
- Microsoft office suite knowledge
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Friendly disposition
- Ability to work independently
Hours:
Monday to Friday 08h00 - 17h00
Occasional Saturdays 08h00 to 13h00 as the practice demands
