Your Responsibilities:- Carry out land, topographical, and boundary surveys, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct area measurements, lease plans, and property assessments.
- Utilize 3D laser scanning, drone photogrammetry, and underground utilities mapping.
- Prepare and verify survey data, calculations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and contractors.
- Interpret planning requirements and consult on project specifications.
- Ensure surveys adhere to industry standards and local regulations.
- Maintain detailed records, charts, and technical reports.
- A qualification in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in topographical, boundary, and engineering surveys.
- Proficiency in surveying software (Autodesk, Pix4D, Agisoft, Leica, DJI, etc.).
- Strong skills in data collection, mapping, and report preparation.
- Knowledge of cultural heritage surveys is an advantage.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
