Currently in search for at UEM Technical Specialist with Advance experience in Linux servers and windows servers, YOU will be planning and executing maintenance tasks and resolve incidents tickets.

Requirements:

  • 5+years commercial experience with Unified Endpoint Management software tools
  • Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change and Problem management)
  • Experience in operation of Linux Servers and/or Windows Servers
  • Experience in Windows Client OS, GPO and patch management
  • Experience with cloud technologies and cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Services)
  • Experience with Scripting (Powershell, Bash etc.)
  • Experience with monitoring solutions (SCOM, Dynatrace, Site24/7 etc.)
  • Experience with SQL (MS, Oracle etc.)
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • A university degree/diploma in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, engineering, sciences) or a comparable qualification or 3 years IT experience
  • Experience with VIP and End-user support
  • Experience with technical documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID
  • Exposure to device management (SCCM, Workspace One, Microsoft Intune etc..)
  • Exposure to Virtual Device Management ( Horizon, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop)
  • Exposure to troubleshooting infrastructure, network and general integration issues
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Reference Number for this position is GZ59858 which is a contract Semi-Remote position based in Midrand/ Hybrid offering a contract rate of R500 to R600 Per hour
