  • Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of operational processes, procedures, and systems
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators and pipeline management for the team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. FICA, FAIS,TCF, POPIA, Employee Equity, ect.)
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting for operational areas
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment and effective communication across GrowthHouse
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Own and drive the financial advisor onboarding operational process end to end

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in administration and services to financial advisers.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or CFP
  • Experience with operational process improvement and implementation of new systems and technology (e.g. Elite Wealth, atWork, Xplan, Jira, etc)
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
