Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily fund operations, monthly/quarterly NAV reconciliation and review
  • Calculate and review of fund management and performance fees
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder
  • Manage reconciliation of capital transactions
  • Support and contribute to external reporting
  • Oversee annual fund audits with knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS
  • Prepare of monthly Fund IRRs
  • Work on strategic initiatives as they arise
  • Manage Tax compliance and structuring

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience within the fund accounting space
