Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Conduct regular bank recons ensure accurate financial records, resolve and identify issues swiftly. Manage and maintain methodical bank recon processes
  • Manage accounts payable, process invoices, payments, and manage vendors
  • Manage accounts receivable, process invoices and collections
  • Maintain accurate customer accounts
  • Development and manage budget, forecasting future financial achievement
  • Ensure financial stability by tracking and managing cash flow
  • Implement saving measures and monitor expenses
  • Verify compliance with financial regulations and standards, manage tax compliance, prepare and submit tax returns
  • Analyse financials to back business decisions and strategic planning
  • Assist with payroll processing and execution
  • Develop and maintain internal controls, safeguarding company assets
  • Draft business communication, improve financial and commercial awareness, prepare and present financial information across the business
  • Manage and update fixed asset register
  • Ensure accurate recording of all company assets, Asset tracking, Depreciation, Reconciliation, Verification, Reporting and Compliance

Requirements:

  • Qualification: CA(SA)
  • 2 - 3 years experience in financial management
  • Distribution experience beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax regulations and accounting principles
