Technical Competencies & Experience:
  1. Lead and manage national sales teams focused on Supply, CPC, and MPS services.
  2. Set and track team KPIs to meet sales objectives and drive performance.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including C-level executives.
  4. Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of MPS project plans and reporting.
  5. Manage client satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins and resolving escalations.
  6. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  7. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand the client base.
  8. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to align with commercial objectives.
  9. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for sales teams.
  10. Track and report team performance, profitability, and project progress.
  11. Expertise in new business development, including cross-selling, upselling, and contract closures.
Behavioural Competencies:
  1. Ability to lead teams to exceed performance targets.
  2. Skilled at cultivating long-term client relationships and resolving client issues.
  3. Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts.
