Technical Competencies & Experience:- Lead and manage national sales teams focused on Supply, CPC, and MPS services.
- Set and track team KPIs to meet sales objectives and drive performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including C-level executives.
- Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of MPS project plans and reporting.
- Manage client satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins and resolving escalations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand the client base.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to align with commercial objectives.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for sales teams.
- Track and report team performance, profitability, and project progress.
- Expertise in new business development, including cross-selling, upselling, and contract closures.
- Ability to lead teams to exceed performance targets.
- Skilled at cultivating long-term client relationships and resolving client issues.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts.
- Flexible in managing multiple projects and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
