Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of work and adherence to engineering practices.
  • Address and resolve any technical challenges that may occur during construction.
  • Support project bidding processes and assist in evaluating contractor proposals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (BEng, BSc or BTech).
  • Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
