  • Adherence to the SANC code of conduct for Registered Nurses and compliance with applicable healthcare legislation.
  • A recognized management qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Unit Manager in a private hospital setting.
  • Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in clinical leadership.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer skills.
