TRUST ADMINISTRATOR | RECEPTIONIST : KNYSNA

A position has become available at a leading Financial company for an experienced administrator.

Seeking a well-spoken friendly mature candidate who has experience in a Financial environment with at least 8 - 10 years experience;

Other requirements:

Solid administration skills;

Fully computer literate (advanced Excel skills); Word and Outlook;

Excellent people skills;

Effective communication;

High level of service awareness;

PA support;

Accuracy;

Meticulous;

Must be able top work on own and in a team;

Well able to liaise with clients at all levels.

Data capturing;

Knowledge of Bookkeeping an advantage;

Excellent organizational skills
