The Senior Network Solutions Architect collaborates with clients and internal teams to create strategic, transformative designs for complex solutions. They provide multi-technology consulting services across application software, infrastructure, and related technology components.

What you'll be doing

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and optimize network services to align with client requirements.
  • Enable operational service delivery that supports client operating models.
  • Perform advanced issue analysis and resolution, addressing major incidents.
  • Conduct technical assessments and participate in service improvements.
  • Identify and track security risks related to technology vulnerabilities.
  • Design complex managed service solutions across multiple domains and geographies.
  • Deepen partnership relationships with managed services clients.
  • Develop service models and SLAs for inclusion in master services agreements.
  • Mentor engineers and consultants on product knowledge and technical solutions.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • A+ and N+ Certifications
  • Azure AZ-900 & AZ-700 certifications (requisite)
  • CCNA and CCIE certifications (requisite)
  • Azure AZ-305 & AZ-104 certifications (advantage)
  • ITIL foundation v3/v4 certification (advantage)


Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum 8+ years supporting enterprise Networking Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Networking principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policy.
  • Familiarity with storage area network technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial Networking offerings from major vendors.
  • Analytical and consulting abilities.
  • Strategic alignment of business needs with technical roadmap.
  • Broad knowledge across Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, and Service Management.
  • Understanding of cloud optimization and scalability.
  • Agile/DevOps experience.
  • Effective communication of technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Whiteboarding and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong writing skills for solution proposals.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Commitment to attaining required certifications.
