Introduction Sibanye has an opportunity for a technically minded individual with a passion for heavy earthmoving equipment to assist the artisan with general functions as an Assistant Artisan with at least 1 year’ experience in Earthmoving Equipment to join our team at Germiston Equipment workshop.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Machine/component assembly and disassemblyComponent/ machine cleaningBasic maintenance and housekeepingDrives Komatsu service vehicleKomatsu machine operationRequired to work overtime and standby from time to time and must be prepared to travel when needed. Assist the artisan in all aspectsMust be safety orientated as machine movement and component movements are presentMust have some knowledge on basic tools and the purpose of tools used.
