MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA preferable 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in relevant software. Previous Agricultural experience Previous experience with manufacturing / packhouse Computer literate with Paltrack & Xero advantageous Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Implement and maintain robust financial systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including stock control systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and legal reporting requirements.
