JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports application and/or technology portfolio management including health of the portfolio, release management, change control, supporting lifecycle, workload management, consumption management and capacity demand management.  Assist in New Model Programme implementation and special projects for plant by facilitating between Programme implementation team and Local SITE IT.  Supports service level management for assigned application and/or technology portfolio.  Ensures compliance with Ford IT’s architecture standards, processes, tools, and Methodologies. Communicates effectively with the customer daily.  First-line support (level 0 &1) of Manufacturing and admin IT systems and supporting infrastructure. Manage and Maintain Asset Management & disposal processes. Understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in order to work better with others. Contribute to innovation, quality, waste elimination and cost saving

QUALIFICATIONS

National Diploma / B Tech NQF level 6 in IT or equivalent experience in a relevant field Minimum 4 to 5 years with increasing responsibilities in the area of systems and user support, with experience in day-to-day operations, customer service, and/or problem resolution.  Understanding of IT support in Manufacturing environment. Understanding of Microsoft Power Apps and Artificial intelligence will be advantageous
