Description

Capture data from available records into the required formats, such as databases, tables, order, and spreadsheets. Verify and query missing data and errors. Ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Identify and correct errors and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary. Liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information. Gather personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients. Emailing through information to identify pertinent data. Provide support to other staff members as needed. Strong excel skills Excellent communication skills Dedicated track record

Requirements

Grade 12 High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment. Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset years’ experience in our industry or similar customer database Proven ERP experience Sap, K8
