Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the UK, Canada, South Africa, and the Middle East. Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling. Generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations in the international markets. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client staffing needs and propose tailored solutions that align with regional requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and conduct contract negotiations specific to the international markets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the designated regions. Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development activities related to the UK, Canada, South Africa, and the Middle East. Monitor customer satisfaction and work to resolve any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring client retention and loyalty. Continuously seek opportunities for cross-selling and upselling staffing services across the international markets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities. Collaborate with external stakeholders to create mutually beneficial relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. Clearly communicate the value proposition of products and services. Lead negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and agreements. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts. Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets in line with organizational objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective business strategies. Provide feedback and market insights to improve products and services. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in IT sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
