Role Description:

We’re seeking a resourceful and driven Junior Startup Generalist to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role is integral to shaping and promoting our trust-building methodologies. You’ll collaborate across operations, project coordination, content development, and client relations, offering a unique opportunity to develop diverse skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, refine, and adapt compelling materials on trust-building principles, aligning them with accreditation requirements. Support the Executive Director with key tasks, enhancing your exposure to leadership responsibilities. Conduct research to support content development and enhance our trust-building methodologies. Assist with digital marketing initiatives to promote our offerings. Foster positive client relationships as a key point of contact. Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion within a fast-paced startup environment. Leverage and refine prompt engineering skills for efficiency and creative content generation.

Requirements:

Experience in project coordination, research, administration, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to organise and present information clearly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic startup setting. Genuine interest in trust-building, leadership, and organisational development. Formal qualifications in a relevant field (sciences, humanities, communications) are preferred.
