A leading IT service provider in the North of Johannesburg is looking to hire a freelance IT technician.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Their main responsibility would be to diagnose, repair, troubleshoot and maintain computer and software systems.Their duties may include but are not limited to, repairing and/or replacing damaged hardware, performing tests on new hardware and/or software, creating CRM tickets and logging its resolution, installing and managing workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices such as routers, printers etc.They will also need to support users with how to operate new software and computer equipment.
