Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP S/4 HANA Finance (FI) Architect to lead and guide our clients through the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules, financial processes, and have a strong background in architecting solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture:

  • Design end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions based on client requirements and business processes.
  • Provide expertise in SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
  • Analyse Data, Document findings and opinions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
  • Solution design and modelling/testing new and existing solutions
  • Provide knowledge input assistance for compiling client proposals.
  • Write RFI/RFP responses and bids Analyse customer data to produce recommendations and reports.
  • Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.

Implementation and Integration:

  • Lead and guide the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules, ensuring successful deployment and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Work closely with development teams to customise and enhance SAP FI functionalities to meet specific business needs.

Optimisation and Support:

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimisation and performance improvement, implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and align SAP solutions accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or related degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP S/4 HANA Finance Architect with a focus on FI modules.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP FI functionalities, including hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end SAP implementations, from design to post-implementation support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
