Minimum Requirements    

Tertiary graduate in IT (Technical Stream)  4 to 5 yrs practical experience in:  SAP BASIS administration, System integration, Programming and scripting desired,   understanding of processes and systems in the functional areas desired, Representing   IT within the business, Influencing the business to accept/incorporate processes and   systems, a similar operational IT role supporting a business unit Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification. SAP BASIS Certification. Unix and Linux Certification advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of:

SAP Software administration (ECC, S/4 HANA, Solution Manager, CALM, BTP). Relational database administration (Oracle/HANA preferred). Application interfacing (transfer protocols and integration tools). Operating systems administration experience (UNIX/LINUX/Windows preferred). Threat and Vulnerability administration. Disaster recovery planning and execution. Networking concepts and terms. Business processes

Duties and Responsibilities    

Serve as 1st point of contact for SAP technical incidents and requests. Assist the BASIS Lead in supporting technical and functional SAP projects while maintaining overall system reliability and performance. Perform core SAP Basis administrator functions (software installation/upgrade, performance/tuning/capacity management, utilizing enterprise standards and best operating practices). Support SAP landscape strategy through client copies and system refreshes. Support of cloud-based ISUZU SAP assets (Cloud for Customer, Business Technology Platform, RISE landscape) Monitor, analyze, and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization. Respond to system problems on a 24/7 basis and take part in on-call rotation. Assist with change control, incident response, and testing processes for infrastructure changes or problems across the SAP landscape. Actively participate in SAP infrastructure design including server, storage, high availability, and disaster recovery capabilities. Collaborate across IT functions including hosting/networking/security teams to assist in driving out solutions for SAP that meet ISUZU business requirements and IT modernization strategy. Engage with internal and external customers
