YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE

We are looking for a Sample Registrar in 7 WARRINGTON ROAD, CLAREMONT, CT, WESTERN CAPE 7708 ZAF. Your mission will be to:

We currently have a vacancy for a Temporary Sample Registrar - Outsourcing (Maternity leave cover) in our Cape Town Branch. This position is for you if you are energetic and enthusiastic with excellent admin and communication skills.

Amongst other things you will be responsible for: 
Receiving and packing samples for sending to the Chemistry laboratory in Midrand, Hortec and other branches.
Receiving and log in of samples for distribution to local and international subcontractors
Packing of samples to maintain integrity and cold chain during transit.
Booking local and International couriers while working working within International Trade Compliance procedures
Compiling testing order forms for laboratories (local and International) within required timeframes
Ensuring international subcontracting courier documentation is logged on global tracking sheets
Liaison with local and international laboratories
Preparing purchase orders for every sample subcontracted.
Updating all tracking sheets with required information 
Electronic filing and general administrative duties

YOUR PROFILE

What we are looking for
Logistics experience - international courier experience will be an added advantage
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Very high attention to detail
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Google sheets and systems
Being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
