We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the overall customer experience by implementing strategies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
  • Train and support customer-facing teams to ensure a high level of service is provided consistently.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements based on data and insights.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Report on customer satisfaction metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to continuously enhance customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
  • Proven track record in managing customer service teams and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customer situations.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Customer Service Management.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
