MARSH  is seeking candidates for the following position to be based in South Africa

Senior Client Executive M/F – Multinational Service Team

You will be part of the Multinational Service Team dealing with servicing and development of customers which are South African subsidiaries of foreign multinational companies. You will develop, grow and maintain relationships between the organization and clients. You will have a portfolio of clients for which you will be responsible.

We will count on you to :

Ensure servicing and development of Global Inward clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery to the client.

Ensure successful renewal of insurance contracts including preparing client renewal presentations, renewal meetings with client and liaison with local insurance markets.

Oversee difficult and/or complex & complicated claims.

Be accountable for achieving renewal, expanded & new business budgets.

Develop expanded business to other Marsh Divisions

Liaise with placement team in respect of placement of local covers.

Review of Global and Local policy wordings.

Comply with Marsh Professional Standards

Comply with procedures relating to errors and omissions

Ensure compliance with acts / regulations relating to insurance

Work with Marsh International offices

What you need to have :

Successful candidate will be a service oriented individual with high personal standards and a hands-on work style and :

Extensive knowledge of multinational insurance coverages - Successful work history to include 5 -10 years of client service;

Excellent commercial attitude;

Good analysis and problem solving skills;

Strong propulsion for interpersonal relationships;

Strong organisational skills with the ability work autonomously;

Insurer relationships an advantage;

Fluent in English;

Drive for results;

Team player
