Recruiting for a Office Administrator to provide administrative support.

Requirements:
  • National Senior Certificate; Senior Certificate or a National Certificate (Vocational) Level 4 qualification – on NQF L4.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet).
  • Telephone etiquette.
  • The ability to work independently and work under pressure.
  • Ability to deal with the public.
  • Good administration, record keeping and time management
Duties:
  • Support the implementation of the operational plan of the unit.
  • Provide administrative support 
  • Assist walk in clients 
  • Prepare waybills for parcels to be dispatched with courier.
  • Attend to e-mail enquiries and ensure that emails are responded to timeously.
  • Assist with the calls received from the public.
  • Management of the filing system in the unit.
  • Maintain the unit's electronic and hard copy files per the file plan.
  • Manage the flow of documents in and out of the unit.
