T&C Admin lead What is the job:

The T&C Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions within the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) and Above Store Leader (ASL) space. This role provides leadership to the T&C Admin team, ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with company policies, and effective communication across all levels of the organization. The position reports to the HR Generalist, who in turn reports to the Talent & Culture Executive.

What will be expected of you?
  • Internal Staff Movements(ISM): Approve T&C and create RSC staff movements and terminations.
  • IOD: Process injury on duty claims.
  • ROE: Submit yearly employment records.
  • Leave: Manage statutory and other leave.
  • AOD: Administer debt agreements.
  • Offboarding: Manage offboarding administration.
  • Staff Loans: Approve and process loan requests.
  • Annual Savings Plan: Submit yearly payroll information for the savings plan and maintain it.
  • Relocations: Coordinate employee relocations.
  • Position Management: Update positions in Payspace.
  • Adhoc Admin Duties: Perform requested admin tasks.
  • Onboarding: Administer onboarding.
  • Personal Info Updates: Update personal info.
  • Performance Review: Oversee monthly performance reviews.
  • Assist when the Talent & Culture Department is being audited on procedure. 
  • Leadership: Manage the T&C Admin team, Receptionist and Cleaner.
  • Projects: Streamline admin processes.
  • Lunch Menu: Prepare monthly lunch menu.
  • Year-End Function: Organize year-end function.
  • SOP Needs: Identify SOP needs in T&C team and RSC.
  • Performance Checks: Ensure performance excellence for T&C Administrators.
  • Appraisals: Conduct performance appraisals for T&C Administrators.
  • Monthly Checks: Verify T&C submissions.
  • Manage the No Clocking List: Manage no clocking list.
  • Invoice Check: Verify Lexis Nexis recruitment invoices.
  • COIDA Compliance: Prepare for COIDA compliance audits in T&C regions.
Are you qualified?
  • Bachelors Degree (HR , Social Sciences, Employee Relations)
  • Valid South African ID 
  • No criminal record 
  • Experience of PaySpace Payroll systems is an advantage
  • Minimum of 2-3 experience in a similar role HR administration role
  • Experience in leading a team will be an advantage
