What We’re Looking for:

Join our prestigious luxury hotel nestled in the picturesque Knysna area. We're currently seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to become part of our vibrant team.

What Is Required:

Pezula Nature Retreat, a prominent retreat and industry leader in hospitality in the Garden Route, is looking for a Campaign Manager to run our digital performance marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and wellness, with a proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies. This role offers the opportunity to drive our online presence, enhance brand visibility, and engage with a global audience, all while working in a beautiful environment with great career development and growth opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CRM Campaign Manager or similar role, ideally within the property or hospitality sectors.
• Relevant certifications from Google and Meta (Facebook) are required.
• Proven track record of managing successful paid search and social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other PPC tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and bid management.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
• Familiar with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) and social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong creative skills for crafting compelling content aligned with Pezula Nature Retreat’s brand.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine passion for wellness and hospitality.
