Our client is a growing fin-tech startup that empowers employees with early access to their salaries. Having achieved significant growth with our current client base, we're now expanding our reach across South Africa's corporate sector.

Looking for a dynamic Sales Professional who will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, establish strong relationships with potential clients, identify new business opportunities in the market and lead the way in servicing current clients better.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential business clients, presenting our product with confidence and clarity.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve user/customer acquisition targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with businesses looking to implement earned wage access solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive product adoption and expand market reach.
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of our solutions and effectively convey the product's value proposition to client decision-makers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure a seamless client experience. 
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively and ensure resource allocation aligns with sales goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine the sales approach and gather client feedback.


Requirements

• 3-5 years proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or technology-related industries
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence high-level decision-makers
• Exceptional presentation skills with a confident, engaging approach to client interactions
• Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales tools
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic startup environment
• Fluent in English (additional South African languages advantageous)
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
