The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the growth and sustainability of the Sanlam Group brand. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Advice Deliver holistic financial planning solutions across insurance, investments, retirement, and health planning. Assess client needs and recommend suitable Sanlam products. Maintain ongoing relationships to build loyalty and trust. Business Development Procure sustainable, high-quality business in line with Sanlamâs targets. Drive sales and meet performance metrics through proactive prospecting. Cultivate innovation and resilience in achieving results. Compliance & Ethics Operate within FAIS âFit and Properâ requirements and FSCA regulations. Ensure all advice and transactions meet Sanlamâs governance and ethical standards. Collaboration & Support Work with Sanlam Financial Adviser managers and specialist support staff. Participate in structured training programmes covering tax, disability planning, and capital needs. Qualifications & Experience Minimum:ÂMatric (Grade 12) certificate Preferred:ÂBusiness-related degree or diploma FAIS Regulatory Examination (RE5) if registered with FSCA for more than 24 months Computer literacy and proficiency in digital tools Valid driverâs licence and own vehicle Personal Attributes Entrepreneurial spirit with strong business acumen Self-disciplined and results-driven approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships Resilience and customer focus in achieving outcomes
