Perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments reporting directly to the CEO. Office-based position in Lynnwood Pretoria.   Responsibilities Lead and manage full-cycle Sage Intacct implementation projects from planning through deployment. Configure and customize Sage Intacct to meet client requirements. Act as a subject matter expert for both core and advanced Sage Intacct modules. Integrate Sage Intacct with other third-party systems, such as Salesforce. Provide support, training, and mentorship to end-users and junior staff. Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve financial efficiency. Capture client requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Manage project risks and challenges.    Import of Cash Book entries Initialize bank reconciliations of all cashbook entries Processing of creditors invoices including doing recons on each creditor Making creditors payments including loading in the bank Processing bank statement entries monthly Maintaining the creditors age analysis and making sure it reconciles Reconciling the bank accounts monthly Processing ad hoc journals Performing ad hoc duties in the Accounts Department   Qualifications BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or related. Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles Holding a Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist or Solution Consultant certification is highly advantageous.   Experience 3-5+ years’ work experience At least 1+ year experience with Sage Intacct, including leading full-cycle implementations.   Skills Good project management skills Experience in Sage Intacct. Advantage if previously involved in Sage Intacct implementations. Strong accounting background. Strong focus on use of technology. Advantage if knowlegdge of integrations of systems with Sage Intacct. Ability to work on multiple projects Ability to communicate with clients and do discovery analysis and high level solutions proposals.
