Lectra Machine Grader

  Overview We are seeking a skilled Digitiser / Marker Maker with strong experience on Lectra (Modaris & Diamino) to support our pattern development and production teams. The ideal candidate will digitise, grade and prepare accurate patterns and markers, ensuring seamless workflow between the design, sample, and production departments. Key Responsibilities Pattern Digitising & Creation Digitise patterns accurately on Lectra Modaris from existing blocks or new patterns provided by the Pattern Maker. Create and adjust patterns as required for the sample and design teams. Assist with basic pattern adjustments when required. Convert files into DXF format for sublimation processes. Maintain and update the electronic pattern book. Grading & Specifications Grade all digitised patterns according to approved grade rules and specification sheets. Assist in preparing specification sheets and applying correct grade rules. Provide ratings for sampling when required. Marker Making & Production Support Fully manage marker creation using Lectra Diamino for all production orders. Prepare, optimise, and print markers ensuring best fabric utilisation. Prepare lay sheets and position markers for CMT production. Roll markers and attach lay sheets, ensuring they are production-ready. Support the pattern maker and factory manager with any production-related issues arising from markers or patterns. Administration & General Support Perform general administrative duties related to patterns, markers, and production workflow. Provide additional support and complete tasks as instructed by management. Requirements Proven experience using Lectra Modaris & Diamino. Strong pattern knowledge, with ability to digitise, grade and adjust patterns. Understanding of garment construction, fabric behaviour, and production processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
