Manage and grow the packaging business across the Western Cape region. This is a field-based, self-managing role ideal for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys solving customer problems, and has a strong track record in industrial B2B sales. You'll work closely with both the National Packaging Product Manager, and the Regional Manager, to drive growth, deliver value, and build long-term client partnerships. The applicant must have:- Qualifications / Experience: Minimum Grade 12 Certificate (Essential) Minimum 3 years' proven experience in industrial or B2B packaging sales; Experience with sustainable or eco-friendly packaging solutions is advantageous; Familiarity with packaging applications in logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing environments. Knowledge / Skills: Knowledge of corrugated, flexible packaging, or void-fill solutions is a plus; Proven success in solution selling and consultative B2B sales; Strong understanding of industrial packaging products and applications; Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own pipeline; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining accountable; Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (essential); Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Cape region.
