Our Client, a leading authority in the Accounting and Audit Industry; is seeking to employ an Audit Partner/Director to their team based in Port Elizabeth. Requirements: Registered Auditor (IRBA). Chartered Accountant [CA(SA)]. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Management role within an audit firm. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Independently manage, plan, and coordinate the firm’s functions to ensure operational efficiency. Implement best practices to maintain and improve the quality of audit and assurance work. Deliver top-quality client service in line with professional standards. Drive business growth through client relationship management and fee generation. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and professional ethics. Oversee quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
